Information and advice

You can obtain information and advice by:

• either emailing your enquiry to the Visa Application Centre; or
• calling the VFS call centre on 0 900 302 890 (Premium rate 6 UAH per minute. Please note: KyivStar customers will not be able to use this number). If you are calling from outside Ukraine, please dial the following number + 38 032 235 1757 (your call will be charged at the international rate per minute. Callers from Ukraine will not be able to access the call centre using this phone number). The call centre is open on Monday - Friday between 1000 - 1800.

• emailing your complaint for the attention of the Entry Clearance Manager at the UK Border Agency, British Embassy, Kyiv on britvisa.kyiv@fco.gov.uk.

In accordance with the policy outlined on this website Visa Section working hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1300 and 1400 - 1700 local time. Public access is restricted and only by appointment between 1000 - 1200.
